Product Description
An aluminum pull-out Pilates reformer, the CP203 is designed for studios, distributors, fitness brands, project buyers, and OEM/ODM customers that need professional training equipment with a space-conscious structure. Its aluminum-alloy frame combines a low-profile commercial appearance with a smooth carriage path and a pull-out configuration suited to flexible training rooms and home-studio projects.
The carriage, padded sitting box, shoulder rests, headrest, ropes, risers, and adjustable footbar support a broad range of reformer exercises. Buyers can confirm upholstery material and color, resistance setup, wheel and bearing configuration, accessories, branding, and packaging before production so the finished equipment matches the intended market and use environment.
The resistance system uses configurable professional Pilates springs. Wagner piano-wire springs may be supplied by order when specified; they are not presented as the default configuration. The carriage is designed for smooth, low-noise travel, while an NSK bearing configuration may also be selected by order. Final spring resistance, wheel system, and bearing requirements should be confirmed in the quotation.
Upholstery options include microfiber leather or skin-feel silicone leather, with project colors available for private-label programs. Padding, stitching, logo position, frame finish, and accessory combinations can be coordinated for distributors, studio chains, and fitness brands. Color samples and approved artwork should be confirmed before mass production.
Cheer Pilates supports OEM and ODM services for logo application, upholstery color, frame color, accessory selection, packaging, manuals, and project-specific configurations. This makes CP203 suitable for Pilates studios, wholesale distributors, branded equipment programs, hospitality fitness rooms, and buyers planning coordinated multi-unit projects.
Before ordering, confirm the required quantity, destination market, upholstery and frame color, spring and bearing configuration, included accessories, logo files, packaging requirements, and shipping terms. Product and packing dimensions, weights, and other confirmed logistics data remain in the specification table for quotation planning. Optional components are supplied only when written into the final order.
